Practice Areas — Areas of practice include but are not limited to:

Employment-Based Immigration: The Firm practices in all areas of employment-based immigration including strategic planning for the hiring and employment of foreign nationals on a temporary (nonimmigrant) and long-term (Green Card) basis. We prepare and file Immigrant (Labor Certifications/PERM and Labor Certification Exemptions) and Nonimmigrant (all alpha-numeric classifications) Visa Petitions. The Firm consults with employers on immigration issues related to corporate mergers and acquisitions and works with employers to develop Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and E-Verify compliance policies. The Firm also represents employers during investigations and audits by the bureaus of the Department of Homeland Security (ICE or USCIS), the Department of Labor, the Office of Special Counsel for Unfair Immigration Related Employment Practices, and the Social Security Administration. We are pleased to represent applicants in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Family-Based Immigration: The Firm prepares family-based immigration petitions (K, V and Green Card) and represents clients at proceedings for Adjustment of Status and removing Conditional Resident Status.

Other Immigration Matters: The Firm negotiates Interest/Benefits (Humanitarian) Paroles with applicable government agencies; prepares Requests for Asylum; represents clients at Deferred Inspections; prepares Immigrant and Nonimmigrant waivers for grounds of excludability and Section 212(e) waivers; and represents clients in Naturalization processing.

Foreign Visa Work: The Firm prepares Work Permit/Visa Applications for the employment of U.S. citizens and foreign nationals in other counties. We also have relationships with co-counsel in several countries to facilitate the visa processing.
