John Carroll University may, but has no obligation to, remove content that it determines in its sole discretion is offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.
By submitting a business listing, you warrant that the business described in that listing is owned by an alumnus of John Carroll University, and that the information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge. By submitting an accompanying image, you warrant that you have obtained any necessary third-party releases for the use of that image, and grant John Carroll University a royalty-free license for the use of that image in connection with the Alumni Business Directory and its promotion. Images and information submitted to the Directory may be accessed by individuals who are not affiliated with John Carroll University.
