Sam Fiorentino & Associates was established in 1978 by Sam Fiorentino. Our first priority is providing good customer service to our clients.

 We are certified for the ACA Marketplace Individual and Shop (group) plans. Sam is well versed in the ACA compliance requirements for small and large companies. Sam is licensed with the Ohio Department of Insurance for Health, Life, Dental, LTC, Disability and Variable Annuities.

 Sam Fiorentino began his insurance career in 1978 as a group insurance leader with New York Life. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Sam was a high school mathematics teacher and athletic coach. He received his BS in Education (Mathematics major) from KentStateUniversity and a MA in Educational Administration from JohnCarrollUniversity.

Sam is The Past President of the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters Association and current Professional Development Director for the Ohio Association of Health Underwriters.

 Sam initiated the forming of the St Peter Chanel Foundation (a 501C-4) which promotes the ongoing mission of St Peter Chanel HS to “Seek What is Above” on behalf of all it’s Alumni and Friends.
