I have in-depth experience helping people from diverse backgrounds. I am committed to developing a therapy plan that is both effective and meets your needs, whether you want more intensive, in-depth sessions, or traditional weekly sessions. I have extensive experience providing service for people dealing with complex trauma, combat PTSD, effects of childhood abuse, co-occurring problems related to addictions, work and career, marital problems, and other deeply-rooted problems that contribute to current mental health conditions.
