Groundz
Groundz Recycling LLC is now just “Groundz” a non-profit organization. Groundz is a non-profit organization dedicated to provide zero organic waste recycling services delivering the waste for compost and anaerobic digestion. For composting, we deliver the waste to urban farms and schools, to help build local food systems and edible education.
For anaerobic digestion, we partner with universities and colleges to help them meet sustainability goals and provide research and operational opportunities for engineering and science students and faculty. Groundz procures the necessary feedstock. We also offer our blog for free to anyone researching and practicing sustainable waste management.
Our farm/facility is special thank you to Cort, our volunteer operations director and 2-acre Valley View, Ohio property.
